Cadillac Dealership Wrongly Fired Union Worker, Labor Board Says – Bloomberg Law

A Chicago-area car dealership violated federal labor law by firing a union worker for alleged insubordination, the National Labor Relations Board ruled in its second look at the case.

Cadillac of Naperville Inc. failed to show it would have fired John Bisbikis absent his union activity, which included serving on a union negotiating team during a strike, the NLRB said in its rulingThursday.
